Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Learning Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of webinars and virtual programs, including scheduling, setup, and live event support
• Assist with course setup and maintenance for eLearning programs in the LMS
• Provide frontline support for learners across webinars, eLearning courses, and virtual programs

Required Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, education programs, or online learning support
• 1-3 years of experience with LMS platforms and virtual meeting tools
• Strong technical aptitude and interest in learning new systems and tools
• Experience with course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360) preferred
