Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Learning Instructional Support Advisor to provide operational and technical support for online learning systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and technical support for faculty, staff, and students regarding the learning management system (LMS) and related applications
- Facilitate training sessions for new faculty on best practices for online teaching and conduct quality assurance checks for course content
- Review and process faculty textbook requests and coordinate term setup while maintaining communication with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of experience using computers and web-based applications
- At least one year of experience in higher education or related fields such as IT, e-learning, or customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with LMS and SIS systems
- Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights and weekends, as needed
