Job Summary
A company is looking for an Online Learning and Instructional Support Advisor (Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and technical support for faculty, staff, and students related to the online learning management system (LMS)
- Facilitate faculty training sessions and conduct quality assurance checks for online courses
- Review and process faculty textbook requests and coordinate term setup for select affiliates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years of experience using computers and web-based applications
- At least one year of experience in higher education or related fields such as IT or student services
- Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
