Online Learning Support Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Learning and Instructional Support Advisor (Part-time).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support for faculty, staff, and students related to the online learning management system (LMS)
• Facilitate faculty training sessions and conduct quality assurance checks for online courses
• Review and process faculty textbook requests and coordinate term setup for select affiliates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years of experience using computers and web-based applications
• At least one year of experience in higher education or related fields such as IT or student services
• Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Information Systems (SIS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
