Job Summary

To support first responder clients, the part-time Online Learning Support Specialist will provide technical and administrative support, troubleshoot issues, and manage software incident resolutions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, focusing on technical support
  • Document customer interactions and monitor metrics to ensure efficient case resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to manage Jira ticket statuses and assist with product knowledge
Required qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in software or SaaS technical support or a related customer support field
  • Minimum of one year of Salesforce experience
  • GED/High School Diploma
  • Desire to grow within the company and work well in a team environment
  • Good job stability
