Job Summary

To support online learning initiatives, the full-time Online Learning Support Specialist will manage the operations of the Joy of Living online courses, provide customer support, and ensure a seamless experience for participants and program leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Run and operate online courses and live sessions, coordinating with teachers and participants for a smooth experience
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests through an online ticketing system, primarily focusing on the JOL family of products
  • Maintain and update digital content across various platforms, including the WordPress website and media containers
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience in communications, educational technology, or related fields
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk administration, or digital learning operations
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Zoom, and customer support platforms like Freshdesk
  • Experience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and web content systems such as WordPress
  • Basic familiarity with web app development or QA testing is a plus
