Job Summary

A curriculum and learning development company has an open position for a Online Management Adjunct Faculty Member.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Participate in the online classroom a minimum of five days per week, including one weekend day
  • Conduct a minimum of seven live, hour-long lectures per term using Blackboard Collaborate
  • Grade and provide detailed feedback on all assignments (critical thinking assignments and discussion board) within 72 hours of assignment due date

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • PhD in management or other management-related terminal degree required
  • Minimum 2-3 years teaching online at the college/university level
  • Experience with teaching international students
  • Experience in developing courses for an online program
  • Management experience in the Middle East a plus
