Job Summary
An academic university is filling a position for a Online Management and Leadership Adjunct Instructor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to communications received from students within 24 hours during the business week
- Reaching out and offer to help students who have not logged into the course within the first few days
- Teaching students and assessing Their Work
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Doctorate in Management or Leadership or a Doctorate in a related field with 18 graduate hours in Management or Leadership
- Ability to provide constructive feedback
- Ability to demonstrate academic rigor and fairness in grading
- Ability to inspire and engage students by delivering quality instruction and support
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
