Job Summary
Supporting the Air Force Global College's accredited Online Master's Degree Program, the full-time Online Master's Program Instructor will facilitate graduate-level online seminars, provide instruction in military and security studies, and engage adult learners in critical discussions while working fully remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitate eight-week graduate-level online seminars and lead discussions on military and national security topics
- Evaluate student participation and assignments, providing detailed feedback based on established grading standards
- Support curriculum improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with accreditation requirements and academic standards
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred in a relevant discipline
- Demonstrated graduate-level teaching experience
- Subject matter expertise in national security, military studies, or related fields
- Experience delivering online graduate instruction
- Strong academic writing and assessment skills
