Job Summary
An education company is seeking a Online Math Curriculum Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Coordinate the content development of print curriculum for Grades 6-12 mathematics
- Ideate, proof, produce and customize for student and teacher edition printed component
- Supervise the Curriculum Managers responsible for content writing across grade bands (6-8, 9-12)
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of proven experience with curriculum development in secondary mathematics
- 2+ years of experience leading curriculum development teams in a management role
- Familiarity with mathematical curricula, standards, and pedagogical trends across Grades 6-12
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills
- Comfort using Google Docs and Suggesting changes (i.e., “track changes”)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
