Job Summary
A higher education institution is in need of a Online Medical Billing and Coding Program Adjunct Faculty Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being active participants in the course development process
- Instructing with a strong, student-centered online presence
- Teaching multiple subjects within an Inter-professional framework
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Masters degree from a regionally accredited institution in a related field
- Significant related career experience, familiarity with instructional design principles
- CPC-I certificate, billing and coding experience, CPR/First Aid certified
- Front office experience, office medical terminology proficient, and/or MS computer skills
- Prior online experience in an accelerated eLearning environment
- Must be comfortable with technology, experience teaching and developing courses using Brightspace
