Online Mock Trial Instructor

Job Summary

Guiding middle and high school students through the mock trial curriculum, the temporary Online Mock Trial Instructor will lead remote classes, manage student participation, and facilitate learning experiences from July 27 to August 7, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Lead online classes via Zoom and Google Classroom, engaging cohorts of 8-12 students
• Teach daily seminars and workshops on legal concepts, trial processes, and argument presentation
• Track student progress and submit deliverables to the camp director and home office

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in teaching, leading, or participating in mock trial
• A practicing or former attorney, or legal expert with mock trial experience
• Proven ability to lead and engage small or large groups
• Strong public speaking skills and a passion for education
• Access to a reliable computer and internet connection, with proficiency in Zoom and Google Classroom
