Job Summary

A social media solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Online Moderator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing, tracking, taking action on, and responding to user generated content
  • Identifying and escalating trends, topics, sentiment, and emerging issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Additional fluency in the following languages: Croatian, Czech, Finnish, Korean, or Swedish
  • Ability to focus on the task at hand with minimal external distraction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experienced computer user with knowledge of email and instant messaging programs
  • Must be 18 or older
