Online MSW Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member for the Masters of Social Work program.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive course content for MSW students through asynchronous online platforms
• Provide timely feedback on assignments and engage in online discussions to support student success
• Utilize the Learning Management System (LMS) for course administration and student communication

Required Qualifications

• An MSW from a CSWE accredited program with a minimum of two years post-degree experience
• Preferred: An earned doctorate in Social Work or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional social work experience, including clinical, community-based, or policy-related practice
• Teaching experience, particularly in online or asynchronous formats, is highly desirable
• Supportive of the mission and values of the institution and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS)
