Job Summary

A digital music education company has a current position open for a Online Music School Rhythm and Blues Violin Teacher.

Must be able to:

• Lead, listens, collaborate, is a master of their craft, and lifts others around them to achieve more
• Be a keen observer, with emotional intelligence to read the room and connect with all types of students
• Work with our Curriculum Project Manager to review changes to our curriculum

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 4+ years' experience teaching beginner violin
• Ability to teach R&B music
• Deep empathy for the journey of each individual student
• Creative and inspires truly new ideas, and be self-directed
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Being technically savvy to operate the suite of software required for high-quality remote learning
