Online Nursing Informatics Instructor

Job Summary

To foster the next generation of health care leaders, the part-time Online Nursing Informatics Instructor will deliver engaging instruction, maintain accreditation compliance, and facilitate classroom discussions in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction using innovative teaching methods and current industry technologies
• Facilitate meaningful classroom discussions and assess student learning outcomes
• Support program initiatives while upholding the University's mission and ethical standards

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or a Bachelor's in Nursing with a graduate degree in a relevant health care discipline
• Active, current RN license with three or more years of direct patient care nursing experience
• Relevant work experience in health care policy, nursing leadership, research, or nursing management preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to build supportive relationships with students
• Proficiency in English, grammar, and APA writing
