Job Summary

To support undergraduate programs in Health Care Administration and Nursing, the part-time Online Nutrition Faculty will teach courses remotely, utilizing industry experience to enhance student learning outcomes while providing mentoring and support.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate-level courses in Nutrition, focusing on practical application of industry knowledge
• Conduct one live session and one office hour each week via Zoom to engage with students and address their concerns
• Participate in faculty training and ongoing support to ensure effective teaching and student success

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field with 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience within the last 5 years
• Ability to work effectively in a 5-week accelerated course environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build connections with students
• Reliable high-speed internet and a compatible Windows-based computer with a webcam
