Job Summary
A remote therapy and education company has an open position for an Online Ohio Licensed Special Education Teacher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student in the caseload
- Providing direct instruction to students in a variety of special education settings
- Conducting ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Current Ohio teaching certification in Special Education
- Master's degree in special education or related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a special education teacher
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including IDEA and Section 504
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
