Online Ohio Licensed Special Education Teacher

Job Summary

A remote therapy and education company has an open position for an Online Ohio Licensed Special Education Teacher.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for each student in the caseload
• Providing direct instruction to students in a variety of special education settings
• Conducting ongoing assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Current Ohio teaching certification in Special Education
• Master's degree in special education or related field
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a special education teacher
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations, including IDEA and Section 504
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
