Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Operations Agent.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service or billing complaints and provide follow-up as needed
• Respond to customer inquiries and notify them of claim investigation results
• Keep records of customer interactions and develop recommendations to improve user experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
