Online Photojournalism Teacher

Job Summary

To support a diverse, international student body, the part-time Online Photojournalism Teacher will plan and deliver engaging live lessons, assess student progress, and create an interactive online classroom environment, all while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality live lessons in Photojournalism tailored to students' needs
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt teaching methods for strong learning outcomes
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, ensuring organized access to assignments and resources

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience at the high school level (Grades 9-12) in a school setting
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Media, or a related field
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology-enabled education
• Knowledge of a US high school curriculum and relevant external examinations
