Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proctoring Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor online students during final examinations and manage the Live Proctoring Queue
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and IT to troubleshoot issues faced by students
  • Compile and report data on student complaints and issue trends
Required Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1-year preferred experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Working knowledge of the Internet and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to interact with diverse individuals and work under pressure
  • Excellent analytical skills and capability to meet performance goals
