Job Summary
Managing the delivery of online education programs, the full-time Online Program Delivery Manager will ensure exceptional student experiences for the Experience Product Masterclass and X-Factor Certification while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and lead the seamless delivery of educational programs, including student onboarding and virtual workshops
- Manage projects and administrative tasks for weekly events, ensuring quality control on all student-facing content
- Engage students actively, addressing their needs and maintaining high levels of excitement and retention throughout their learning journey
Required qualifications
- Experience managing large-scale online programs
- Proficiency with project management tools and Google Workspace
- Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new applications
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Keap/Infusionsoft
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
