Online Project Management Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

Seeking experienced Adjunct Faculty for Project Management, the part-time position will teach graduate courses online and may include hybrid formats, focusing on fostering student learning and maintaining academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform instruction-related duties and responsibilities in alignment with college policies
• Employ diverse strategies to enhance student learning and engagement
• Communicate professionally with students and the IWU community while integrating Biblical principles into course content

Required qualifications

• Doctorate in business or related discipline, or Master's with PMP/PgMP certification
• 3+ years of experience in both Agile and traditional project practices (Doctorate) or 5+ years (Master's)
• 7+ years of relevant work experience preferred
• Prior teaching experience preferred
• Strong commitment to Christian values and ability to model personal faith
