A college has a current position open for a Online Project Operations Management and Technology Adjunct Faculty Member.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Teaching the course, making no changes to content or implementation guidelines
- Creaing an effective, engaged and vibrant online learning community
- Providing prompt and substantive responses to student needs
Skills and Requirements Include:
- PhD in Business Administration or closely related field; ABD will be considered
- Two years professional experience in project/operations management/technology
- Ability to demonstrate a commitment to supporting college engagement and retention initiative
- Ability to manage the course, communication, grading submissions, and office hours
- Ability to offer timely formative feedback on student work
- Familiarity with the learning management system used and the support services available to students
