Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Online Psychology Adjunct Instructor to facilitate virtual learning by preparing and delivering course content, engaging with students, and maintaining academic standards in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage assigned courses in Blackboard, ensuring timely updates and adherence to course preparation guidelines
• Provide approximately 12-15 hours of instruction weekly, including facilitating discussions, hosting virtual office hours, and grading student work
• Participate in departmental activities and maintain current knowledge of best practices in distance education

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology is required
• Online teaching experience is preferred
• Ability to engage with students and provide timely feedback
• Commitment to professional development and maintaining a current teaching portfolio
• Participation in all faculty meetings and campus-wide initiatives is expected
