Job Summary

Passionate about helping others achieve peak performance, the full-time Online Sales Coach will assist in onboarding and training Online Sales Specialists while collaborating with builder partners and managing CRM setups in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist with the onboarding and training of new Online Sales Specialists through various programs
• Facilitate the recruiting and hiring process for the Online Sales Specialist role with builder partners
• Conduct training presentations on core Online Sales fundamentals and various CRM tools

Required qualifications:

• Proven track record of success as an Online Sales Specialist in the home building industry
• Experience with CRM systems and training methodologies
• Familiarity with lead management and appointment-setting processes
• Ability to create training content and presentations
• Knowledge of tools such as Lasso, Hubspot, Bomb Bomb, and CallRail
