Job Summary

A university that provides onsite and online education services has an open position for an Online School of Nursing Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Faculty Instructor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing a student-centered learning environment
  • Reporting concerns regarding student academic progress
  • Maintaining open and timely communication with students

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD, DNP, EdD) preferred and MSN required, from regionally accredited institutions
  • AGACNP-C, AGACNP-BC, or Certified & Licensed as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner
  • Active unencumbered RN license and Advanced Practice Nurse license
  • Two to four years related experience and/or training
