Job Summary
An online education organization is filling a position for an Online Secondary Social Studies School Teacher.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Completing all grading, creating progress reports and conducting parent conferences
- Supporting the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing
- Reviewing curriculum and devising alternate approaches
Position Requirements Include:
- Highly qualified and certified to teach Secondary Social Studies grades 6-12 in any state
- Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft OS and MS Office programs)
- Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment
- Team player track record
- Ability to work some occasional evening hours, as needed to support some families
