Online SLP Faculty Manager

Job Summary

A company is seeking a Faculty Manager, Online Learning - SLP to oversee and support faculty in delivering high-quality online education for Speech and Language Pathology programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise online faculty in all aspects related to online instruction and ensure courses are taught effectively
• Participate in the development and application of policies for hiring, training, and evaluating online faculty
• Address and resolve concerns and disputes between online faculty and students, including issues like plagiarism and grade disputes

Required Qualifications and Education

• Advanced practical knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices of Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Minimum of 5 years of related work and educational experience in the field of Speech Language Pathology
• Experience leading a team, project, program, or function is required
• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders; Ph.D. or Ed.D. degree preferred
• Remote work experience preferred
