Job Summary
Seeking a strategic and metrics-driven Online Social Media Manager, the full-time role will own and elevate brand presence across various social channels, driving brand awareness, community engagement, and pipeline generation in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute Flosum's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Craft compelling narratives and engagement plans to drive brand awareness and connect with top priority accounts
- Measure and optimize social media performance against KPIs, generating qualified pipeline and fostering community engagement
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing social media for a B2B SaaS or technology brand, preferably in DevOps or the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven ability to build audiences and drive measurable business impact beyond vanity metrics
- Strong creative instincts with experience in engaging executive audiences and translating technical topics into thought leadership
- Demonstrated success in sourcing pipeline from social channels and collaborating with sales and demand generation teams
- Data-fluent with experience using analytics tools to inform strategy
