Online Spanish Teacher

Job Summary

To support a dynamic online learning environment, the part-time Online Spanish Teacher will plan and deliver engaging live lessons, assess student progress, and manage an organized virtual classroom for high school students pursuing a US Diploma.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality live lessons in Spanish for a diverse group of international students
• Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to ensure strong learning outcomes
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, keeping it organized with assignments and assessments

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience at the high school level (Grades 9-12) in a school setting
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Spanish or a related field
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, along with knowledge of a recognized high school world-language curriculum
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for innovative, technology-enabled education
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and the teaching team
