Online Student Success Coach

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Student Success and Engagement Coach (Part Time, Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the orientation and support of new online master's students
• Manage student engagement programming and resources, including events and communications
• Provide direct support to students, including success coaching and tracking progress

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least three years of experience in student services in higher education
• Proficiency with learning management systems such as Sakai, Blackboard, or Canvas
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
