Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Student Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support assigned population of students in program progression and retention
  • Engage and encourage students to reenroll each semester until graduation
  • Track student success metrics and provide administrative and logistical support

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sales, recruitment, or related field
  • Experience in online higher education reenrollment/retention preferred
  • Master's degree in relevant discipline and 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Knowledge of inside sales tactics and understanding of the student lifecycle
  • Ability to analyze data and track student progress
