Job Summary

To support a diverse, international student body, the part-time Online Teacher for AP Business Principles / Personal Finance will plan and deliver engaging live lessons, assess student progress, and utilize digital tools to create an interactive online classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality live lessons tailored to student needs in AP Business Principles / Personal Finance
• Assess student progress, provide targeted feedback, and adapt teaching methods to ensure strong learning outcomes
• Manage the online classroom on Canvas, organizing assignments and assessments for easy access by students

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' teaching experience at the high school level (Grades 9-12)
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, or a related field
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and a passion for technology-enabled education
• Strong knowledge of the Advanced Placement (College Board) curriculum and examinations
• Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents
