Job Summary
An educational and therapeutic services company is seeking a Online Teacher of the Deaf or Hard of Hearing in Elgin.
Must be able to:
- Teach children who have a hearing loss
- Provide support to deaf children, their parents and family, and to other professionals who are involved with a child's education
- Use a virtual teaching platform
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s Level Degree in Education for Deaf Students
- Licensed and Certified through the State Board
- Ability to pass basic computer screening
- Demonstrated career advancement
- Ability to communicate with students using technology
- Ability to work from home
