Job Summary
A real estate hospitality service company has a current position open for a Online Travel Agency Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring that all guests have been screened with 100% accuracy
- Overseeing customer service for 500+ units at a time
- Handling all guest communications across the OTA booking platforms
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- At least 3 years experience in a customer service role
- Willing to work our unique 24/7 on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Have a strong phone presence and be able to take calls as they come in
- Must be extremely responsive via email and text
- Must be technologically inclined
- Experience using a smartphone/mobile apps for after-hours calls/weekend work
