Job Summary

A company is looking for an SI Mentor (Tutor Supervisor).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate a team of Supplemental Instruction Leaders, conducting quality assurance reviews and managing attendance data
• Address inquiries from students, faculty, and staff related to SI courses while maintaining accurate records of SI Leader performance
• Assist the Online Tutoring Services Director with administrative tasks and maintain communication with all stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• 1 year of experience in a leadership role required
• Self-motivated and dependable worker
• Experience in a formal leadership role preferred
• 2-4 years of previous office and administrative experience preferred
