Onshore Project Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onshore Junior Project Lead to support key Application Development, Cloud Transformation, and Data Engineering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of application development, data pipeline modernization, and cloud migration projects
• Coordinate with offshore delivery managers and technical teams to ensure efficient project delivery
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets while ensuring compliance with quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in IT project or program delivery, including experience with onshore-offshore teams
• Experience leading application development, data engineering, or cloud transformation projects
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and migration strategies
• Experience with data pipelines, ETL frameworks, and SQL/Python-based data workflows is a plus
