Onshore Project Tester

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time contract Onshore Project Tester will focus on test strategy and planning, defect management, and execution of various testing methodologies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies, including requirement analysis and risk-based testing
• Manage defect tracking and ensure traceability throughout the testing process
• Coordinate with business stakeholders for release readiness reporting and documentation

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences and Healthcare Modernization Strategy and Implementation
• 5 years of experience in testing, including defect management, planning, and automation (Selenium)
• Proficiency in testing Workday and other relevant tools
• Experience with CSA/CSV methodology and Functional Risk Assessment (FRA)
• Familiarity with ALM/ALVIS or similar test management tools
