Onsite Client Liaison

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onsite Client Liaison to act as a communication bridge between servicer clients and the organization regarding foreclosure files.

Key Responsibilities

• Update foreclosure processes on active files using Black Knight Foreclosure Solutions
• Perform quality control reviews of documents and respond to case inquiries on behalf of the organization
• Conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and maintain public relations with servicer clients

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicer environment
• Advanced proficiency in BKFS/LPS desktop
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Capacity to work under limited supervision and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
