Onsite Client Liaison
Job Summary
Acting as a liaison between the servicer client and MRLP, the full-time Onsite Client Liaison will manage communication regarding foreclosure files, perform quality control reviews, and assist with client-specific projects while working onsite in Irving, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Update foreclosure processes on active files using Black Knight Foreclosure Solutions
- Conduct quality control reviews of documents prepared by law firms and respond to client inquiries
- Assist with internal audit projects and provide service updates to clients
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicer environment
- Advanced proficiency in BKFS/LPS desktop
- Ability to manage sensitive information and work under limited supervision
- Strong documentation skills and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment
