Job Summary

Providing on-site project management and coordination, the full-time Onsite Graphics Manager will oversee the development and approval process of private brand packaging, ensuring adherence to company policies while effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project planning and scheduling, ensuring client expectations are met
• Review job specifications and maintain project status in the online management tool
• Coordinate with production teams and clients to address any issues affecting delivery and quality

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a two-year degree or equivalent experience in the graphic arts industry
• At least one year of project management experience in package design, graphics, or prepress
• Proficient in computer software including Outlook, Excel, Word, and ProofHQ
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively
• Logical and conceptual thinking skills to correlate job specifications
