Onsite NPI Specialist
Job Summary
To ensure a smooth global launch process, the full-time Onsite NPI Specialist will manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process for .com and app, focusing on product readiness and issue resolution in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the NPI process to ensure successful product launches across Global .com and app
- Monitor product launch progress and proactively resolve issues impacting launch timing
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to product launch workflows for increased efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in product launch, product operations, or eCommerce operations
- Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems; Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a plus
- Strong project management skills to coordinate complex launches across multiple stakeholders
- Proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced global environment
