Job Summary
Owning the onsite search experience across all digital properties, the full-time hybrid Onsite Search Product Manager will manage search optimization, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance user experience in B2B e-commerce environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage integration with ERP and product data systems, defining functional and technical requirements for the search platform
- Define and execute the search roadmap aligned with business goals, prioritizing improvements based on data and customer insights
- Analyze search behavior and performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and lead A/B testing initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of onsite search optimization experience in eCommerce, preferably in B2B or digital distribution
- Proven track record of enhancing digital experiences that drive measurable business impact
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with complex B2B product catalogs and structured product data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or a related field
