Job Summary
As a vital part of the US School Success team, the full-time remote Ontario Account Coordinator will manage urgent morning-of requests, build strong relationships with school partners and educators, and drive strategic growth initiatives to ensure exceptional service and classroom coverage.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for urgent requests and manage absence backfilling from notification to placement
- Proactively cultivate relationships with school partners and educators to drive growth and operational excellence
- Lead territory strategy meetings and balance supply and demand to maintain high fill rates for school partners
Required qualifications
- Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus
- A passion for the education sector and creating positive social impact
- A resilient self-starter with a resourceful and entrepreneurial mindset
- A coachable individual who thrives on feedback and is eager to learn
- Empathetic and customer-service oriented, with a deep understanding of others' needs
