Ontario Licensed Automotive Technician

Job Summary

To support a remote call center, the full-time Ontario Licensed Automotive Technician will provide technical support, assess repair needs, and ensure maintenance work is performed accurately while collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support based on automotive mechanical experience
• Assess the necessity and accuracy of recommended repairs and ensure fair pricing
• Maintain individual performance metrics and contribute positively to team morale

Required qualifications

• Valid mechanic's license 310S or 310T
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in automotive or truck repair
• Experience in a contact center setting is an asset
• Post-secondary education (e.g., college diploma, certificate, or apprenticeship) is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office programs, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
