Job Summary

To support the development of AI career guidance systems, an Ontario Licensed Civil Engineer will evaluate and improve AI-generated advice remotely on a flexible contract basis, focusing on providing expert-level career guidance and building evaluation rubrics.

Key responsibilities

• Review career-related questions from engineering professionals at various career stages
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within civil engineering
• Identify inaccuracies and contribute real-world knowledge to enhance AI career coaching

Required qualifications

• Experienced Civil Engineer with substantial professional tenure in Canada
• Strong understanding of engineering career progression and Canadian industry standards
• Background in infrastructure, transportation, structural, water resources, or construction management
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
