Job Summary
As a fully remote Ontario Licensed Contact Center Agent, the full-time position will focus on delivering high-quality service, building strong guest relationships, and enhancing the guest experience through personalized support and upselling opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient support to consistently exceed guest expectations
- Recommend additional services and products tailored to guests' needs to enhance their experience
- Accurately track guest interactions and preferences using CRM tools while resolving inquiries effectively
Required qualifications
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Skill in consultative selling and upselling
- Ability to resolve guest issues quickly and effectively
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to team goals
- Ability to obtain TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment
