Job Summary

As a fully remote Ontario Licensed Contact Center Agent, the full-time position will focus on delivering high-quality service, building strong guest relationships, and enhancing the guest experience through personalized support and upselling opportunities.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and efficient support to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Recommend additional services and products tailored to guests' needs to enhance their experience
  • Accurately track guest interactions and preferences using CRM tools while resolving inquiries effectively
Required qualifications

  • Skill in consultative selling and upselling
  • Ability to resolve guest issues quickly and effectively
  • Strong collaboration skills and commitment to team goals
  • Ability to obtain TICO Certification within the first 60 days of employment
