Job Summary

A company is looking for an EAP Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for service users accessing EAP/Mental Health services
  • Provide brief therapeutic support and conduct clinical assessments to determine service user needs
  • Implement risk management plans and collaborate with global clinical teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Master's level counselling qualification appropriate to professional standards in Canada
  • Current registration or accreditation with a relevant professional body
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification therapeutic delivery experience
  • Experience working with a range of psychological health and workplace-related issues
  • Experience managing high-risk cases, including suicide and substance abuse
