Ontario Licensed F&I Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an F&I Specialist responsible for achieving store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieves store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance products delivering Profit Gap Analysis results of 100% or more
• Conducts one-on-one sales training with F&I Managers and participates in group/store sales training and meetings
• Utilizes available sales reporting tools and tracks sales performance while providing updates to supervisors

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Business, Finance, or Sales Managers, preferably in F&I
• A proven track record in new car automotive retail producing results in F&I, Sales, and Sales Management
• OMVIC certified (Ontario only)
• A high level of energy and a positive attitude
