Ontario Licensed F&I Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an F&I Specialist responsible for achieving store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieves store sales targets through the sales of Finance & Insurance products and delivers Profit Gap Analysis results
• Conducts one-on-one sales training with F&I Managers and participates in group sales training and meetings
• Utilizes sales reporting tools and tracks sales performance while communicating updates to supervisors

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Business, Finance, or Sales Manager, preferably with 3+ years in F&I
• A proven track record in new car automotive retail, particularly in F&I and Sales Management
• OMVIC certification (Ontario only)
• A high level of energy and a positive attitude
